Marion Wells is the founder of UR-Worthy a consulting practice specializing in college and career readiness coaching services for students, professionals and business owners.  As a seasoned business development, engineering professional and education enthusiast, Ms. Wells has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry and has been working with students since 2000. Helping people choose their potential careers and colleges.

In 2008, the economic downturn gave Ms. Wells the opportunity to work with professionals and business owners on helping them rebrand themselves to change careers and redefine business services.  Ms. Wells earned a bachelor of science from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, with a focus on Metallurgical Engineering. She also has post graduate experience from Northwestern University.  She is past board member of the Automotive Women’s Alliance and is involved in the local community through student mentoring programs.  Ms Wells has been featured in Detroit Black Pages, SAE Automotive Engineering International and Grosse Point Ask the Expert column.
