Marion Wells has a simple mission -- to empower students with a successful college path and guide students to make wise choices that open college and career opportunities.  Marion began her work with students in 2000 and has worked with numerous children and young adults.

Additionally, Ms. Wells is a seasoned business development and engineering professional. Ms. Wells has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. Ms. Wells specializes in production, quality, new product research and development, and strategic planning. She has significant experience working across the entire manufacturing base.

Ms. Wells earned a BS from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, with a focus on Metallurgical Engineering. She also has post graduate experience from Northwestern University. She is on the board of the Automotive Women’s Alliance and is involved in the local community through student mentoring programs.
